Due Diligence.
You have questions about security, scalability, and ownership. We have transparent answers.
Who owns the intellectual property (IP) and code?
You do. 100%.
We operate on a "Work for Hire" basis. Upon final payment, all copyright, source code, and design assets are legally transferred to your entity. We do not license the code to you; we build it for you. You are free to move, edit, or resell the platform without our permission.
Do you outsource development to third parties?
Never. Every line of code is written by our in-house engineering team. We do not white-label overseas agencies or use freelancers for core architecture.
This ensures strict quality control, security compliance, and direct accountability. You will have direct Slack/Teams access to the Lead Engineer building your system.
Are you willing to sign a strict NDA?
Yes. We routinely work with fintech, healthcare, and publicly traded companies. We are happy to sign your standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before any sensitive data or business logic is shared.
How do you handle high-traffic scalability?
We do not build "standard" WordPress sites. We architect Enterprise Stacks.
This involves:
- Server-side caching (Redis/Varnish).
- Database sharding for millions of entries.
- Headless or Decoupled architectures if necessary.
- CDN Offloading for assets.
Our code is stress-tested to handle traffic spikes (e.g., Black Friday loads) without degradation.
What is your approach to security?
Security is not an afterthought; it is our foundation. We implement a Zero-Trust Architecture:
- We disable XML-RPC and standard attack vectors by default.
- We do not use nulled or low-reputation plugins.
- We implement hardened
wp-configsalts and file permissions. - We provide a custom "Security Sentinel" audit log for your compliance team.
Do you use page builders (Elementor/Divi)?
For enterprise builds: No.
Visual builders add massive code bloat (DOM depth) that hurts Google Core Web Vitals and load speed. We build custom, lightweight Gutenberg blocks or use PHP templates. This ensures your site hits a 95+ Score on PageSpeed Insights while remaining editable by your marketing team.
What happens if the site goes down?
If you are on our Sentinel Care Plan, we receive an alert instantly (often before you do). Our SLA guarantees a response within 15 minutes for critical outages.
We maintain daily off-site backups, meaning we can restore the site to a functional state within minutes in the event of catastrophic server failure.
How do you handle billing and payments?
We operate on a milestone basis to protect both parties:
- 50% Deposit: To book the sprint and begin architecture.
- 50% on Delivery: Paid only after you review the staging site and confirm it meets requirements.
We accept Wire Transfer, ACH, and Stripe. Invoices are fully compliant for corporate accounting.
