We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments.

Your final results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including hosting, third-party updates, user actions, and external conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

By requesting services from us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and materials needed for the project.
Supply access credentials (WordPress, hosting, domain, FTP, etc.) when required.
Ensure all provided materials (text, images, logos, videos) do not violate copyright.
Maintain full backups of your site and data before work begins unless backup services are explicitly included.

You are fully responsible for your website after project completion unless an ongoing maintenance agreement exists.

5. Payments

Payment terms are as follows:

All project costs must be paid in the amounts and schedule agreed before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Work may pause if payments are incomplete or delayed.
Custom development, consulting, and high-priority support may require full or partial upfront payments.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect ongoing projects unless scope changes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital work:

All payments for services already initiated or delivered are non-refundable.
Refunds for unused project phases may be considered only at our discretion.
If the client abandons the project, no refunds are issued.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in termination of access to services or legal action.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates.
Delays may occur due to:

scope changes

We are not responsible for delays caused by clients or third-party services.

8. Revisions

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

14. Indemnification
